- We will only charge you £199 + vat to advertise you property with us. This entitles you to advertise your property for as long as you need to.
- We can visit you to take photos and measurements etc...
- You can name your own price. We do not value your home for you.
- Order a For Sale Board should you need one. This is then supplied, fitted and removed once you have sold your property.
- Buyers can contact you directly via the website OR visit Just Cumbria Homes at our office. We can arrange viewings or you can do this yourself, whichever you prefer.
- Home Information packs (HIP's) are available to order (See HIP's section) Payable on completion of sale
- Solicitors and legal fees available (Payable on completion of sale)
